The staff and leadership here at First Baptist Centre is comprised of men and women who love, care and pray for every single person in the church. If you have any questions for any of our staff, feel free to reach out and email them or call our church office to speak with them. You can contact the church office at 256.927.3316.
October is Church Staff Appreciation Month. This means you have an opportunity to tell Brother Eddie and the rest of our church staff just how much you appreciate them! How can you do this? You can:
✓ Send a card (yes, there are cards made for this!) and write a note listing how/why you appreciate their ministry.
✓ Lift up our church staff and their families in prayer (hopefully, you have been doing this already but especially now as church activities gear up).
✓ Send encouragement to our church staff via email. You can find each staff member's email listed below.
✓ Send a gift (this could be a monetary gift, gift basket, homemade goodies, etc.). You can choose to mail your gift or deliver it by hand to our church office (300 E. Bypass, Centre, AL 35960). If the gift is monetary, please specify on the envelope, etc.
These are just a few ways to SAY you appreciate our church staff. But you can also SHOW your appreciation by:
✓ Attending worship (if you feel safe coming in-person).
✓ Participating in a church ministry (there are always places to serve!).
✓ Inviting someone to join you for worship (either in-person or online).
✓ Offering to be on a team (worship, audio/visual, hospitality, children's ministry, etc.).
✓ Asking how you can be more involved. Because your INVOLVEMENT will make everyone at our church feel supported and appreciated!
Hopefully, this list gives you a few ideas on how to make this year's Church Staff Appreciation Month truly meaningful.

A graduate of Southeastern Bible College, where he earned a B.A. in Bible and Theology with a Minor in Youth Ministry, Lance believes that in order to make an impact on student’s lives he must build relationships, be authentic, engage them with the Gospel, and also help train and equip parents to better disciple their children.
