The ROC is a place where we come together with our community. Here you'll find fun family-oriented events and classes offered throughout the year. Use of any ROC amenities are open to the public (membership fees may apply) and are available to rent.

Cycling Group
A New Recreation Ministry of First Baptist
If you love cycling, we would love for you to join our new cycling group! We'll meet at the ROC in the gravel parking lot on Thursday, March 14 at 5:00pm for our first group ride. It will be a short ride and time to get to know each other!
The cycling group is open to those 10 years of age through adult. Bikes are required to have flashers or lights. Cyclists must wear a helmet and sign a release form.

Basketball Ball GYMNASIUM
Come and get your game on at our regulation-size gymnasium! Our gym features a hardwood floor with pre-designated courts suitable for basketball (black tape), volleyball (green tape), and pickleball (red tape). Equipment such as balls, rackets, nets, etc., are available upon request at our Welcome Desk.
Running WALKING TRACK
Looking to get a few extra steps in? Our indoor walking track is located on the second floor and features a 3-foot high metal fence for your safety. The floor of our walking track is specially coated with a rubber vinyl compound for a low-impact and safe walking/running experience. 16 laps equal one complete mile.
Dumbbell FITNESS/WEIGHT ROOM
No matter if you're a beginner or a pro, our state-of-the-art Fitness/Weight Room offers workout equipment suitable for everyone including stationary bicycles, treadmills, ellipticals, weight lifting equipment, and more.
Shoe Prints AEROBICS ROOM
Our spacious Aerobics Room is perfect for your next fitness, yoga, or dance class and features a floor-to-ceiling mirrored wall spanning the entire length of the room. Here you'll also have free access to various aerobics equipment. And be sure to stop by our welcome desk to learn more about current dance and aerobics classes.

Looking for a place to host your next business meeting, birthday party, or class? At The ROC, we provide everything you need to make your event a success including in-room televisions, dry-erase boards, and comfortable seating.
