Children's Ministry

In our Kids Ministry, our mission is to help kids develop a relationship with God, connect with others, and contribute to changing the world. We believe that kids have the capacity to walk intimately with God, and we love to see them learn about Him and connect with Him through Bible stories, songs, and crafts.

Who's Involved?

Every Sunday morning we provide a safe environment for kids from birth-6th grade where they can learn about Jesus and connect with each other.

Our volunteers are the heartbeat of our ministry, and they love to serve each and every one of our kids. Every volunteer who leads in the Kids Ministry has had a background check and is committed to making the ministry a safe, Biblically relevant, and fun environment for your kids.

How Should I Prepare My Kids?

Each Sunday, you will need to check your child into our Kids Ministry. Parents will be asked to Check-In on the computer and print out a name tag and a claim tag will be given or printed for parents to present at Check-Out. Both formats will include your child’s name. From there you will walk them to their age-specific classroom. When you return at the end of service you will Check-Out your child by signing them out or checking them out on the computer and then handing the claim tag to the teacher.

Thank you so much for helping us as we strive to make our Kids Ministry a safe environment for your kids to learn about God.

Kid-Centered Activities

At FBCC we believe children are a gift from God. That's why we seek to care for, nurture, and show the love of Christ to them—all in a safe, clean environment. All of the following classes are held inside Shepherd's Fold Daycare (connected to The ROC).

We offer Children's Sunday School for K-6th graders at 9:00am and for Preschool children at 10:30am. During Sunday School, kids will be engaged with lessons, games and activities that will teach them what it means to put God first in their lives. Preschool Sunday School is offered at 10:30am.
