An effective Sunday school is essential for the growth and health of your church. That's why on Saturday, August 21, we will be hosting a FREE 1-day Sunday school teacher training conference. All churches in the Cherokee Baptist Association are invited to join us as we hear from 4 seasoned Sunday school teachers including: • Beth Baldwin, noted preschool worker throughout the state of Alabama. • Jill Arrington, our conference leader for children's Sunday school. She currently serves as Children's Minister at First Baptist Church of Boaz, AL. • Daniel Edmonds, an experienced adult Sunday school teacher who has served at the Alabama State Board of Missions since 1996. He is currently the Director of the Office of Sunday School and Discipleship. • Scooter Kellum, who serves as strategist for Youth Ministry at the Alabama State Board of Missions.
