Run For God
The Run For God 5k Challenge is a program designed to take you from sitting on the couch to completing a 5k in just 12 short weeks.
You will learn about the benefits of running, plus how to choose proper footwear, nutrition/weight loss, proper stretching techniques and how to prevent injuries.
Along your journey, you will connect with others and be encouraged in growing your relationship with Jesus Christ. And to celebrate the end of your 12-week training course, we will all join together to run in a 5k!
